CHN provides services when your safety and independence may be impacted by aging, injury and/or disease.
Our therapists complete a functional assessment and develop with you and your physician a plan of care specific to your needs. Services may include therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, lymphedema therapy, strengthening and/or an endurance program.
